It is mandatory to filland sign theMaterial Transfer Agreement (MTA)for the procurement and utilization of microbial resources from MTCC. Please use the link below to download the MTA, fill and sign it, and upload the completed document
We are aware that CULTURES procured from MTCC are to be used FOR RESEARCH PURPOSE ONLY. We assure you that we will abide the rules of MTCC and all relevant rules/notifications of Govt. of India for using/utilization of biological resources. The procured cultures will be used ONLY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSE and they will not be passed on to others.
Please upload MTA form and YOUR PHOTO IDENTITY CARD ISSUED BY THE ORGANIZATION WHERE YOU ARE EMPLOYED/WORKING. Both side sides of your identity card are to uploaded as a single file (please do not use photocopy of the identity card). Other card/s like aadhar, driving licence are not acceptable.
Upload MTA form and YOUR PHOTO IDENTITY CARD issued by the organization where you are employed/working.
Attention: Registration at MTCC website by STUDENTS/RESEARCH SCHOLARS/CONTRACT STAFF should come with an PHOTO IDENTITY CARD affixed on THE OFFICIAL LETTER HEAD FORWARDED BY THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT/RESEARCH SUPERVISOR, in the following format.
AUTHORIZATION TO REGISTER ON MTCC WEBSITE
I hereby authorize Mr/Ms/Dr.______________________________________________ working ( name of the course) in (name of the department) at ( name of the organization and complete address) to register on the MTCC website to avail the services provided by MTCC. Attached here with is the official identity card issued by our organization.

Upload certificate (along with your office ID card) from Head of the department/research supervisor.
